The Milestone Journey
For the trips worth getting exactly right — a bucket-list adventure, a milestone celebration, a cruise you've been dreaming about, or a grand European tour. I'll build your complete itinerary from the ground up: accommodations, cruise and cabin selection, pre- and post-stay hotels, dining, transportation, and the experiences that make a trip unforgettable — with ongoing support from planning through your return home.
Price: Planning Fee: $500 flat (trips under 2 weeks) · $1,000 flat (trips 2+ weeks)
The Family Compass
Bringing together multiple generations or a larger group? I specialize in the beautiful complexity of multigenerational and group travel — coordinating everyone's needs, preferences, and logistics so you can focus on being present with the people you love. I'll build bespoke itineraries for each party within the group and manage every booking from start to finish.
Coordination Fee: $250 per couple or family unit

Already have a trip planned or booked on your own? Let's make sure it's ready. I'll review your itinerary in full — flagging any gaps, questions worth asking, or upgrade opportunities I'd want you to consider, including things like mobility logistics and whether travel insurance is worth a closer look. You'll come away with a clear, written set of notes and the confidence that nothing's been missed.
